Title of Panel: “Flight Crime and Recycle”
Dream Theme: Recycle/Conservation
Did you enjoy this project?
“Yes, we all did. The project allowed teachers to collaborate, work in cooperative groups with children and be a part of this inspiring project.”
What else could the IFC do?
“Something that would be permanant”
Materials and Techniques Used:
Markers and Acrylic Paint – Mrs. McLaughlin and the students created the image on photoshop, projected the Image, Traced, and colored.
What is the story behind your panel?
“The third grade students of Mr. James Farmer’s class chose to create a panel that reminds us of the importance of our environment. We chose a likeness of Batman because he is a superhero who works to make Gotham City a better place. Like Batman, we can all be superheroes when we help make planet Earth a better place. When we make a real effort to recycle, reuse, and reduce the amount of bottles, cans, plastics, and paper we use, we are making our world a cleaner, healthier, and more beautiful place for all the people who live here!”
