Artwork 1: Essay by Michael“There is a cat in a bowl. The cat is black and it’s a sleep. This picture means cats can sleep any where they want to. And the cat’s showing where is happy when it’s out. Also this picture has a glass and a plate. The plate’s where it eats its food. The glass is just there. In the glass there is lemonade with ice in it.”

Artwork 2: Essay by Jade“My design shows my themes in many ways. It focuses on art, music, space and education. We need to focus more on those things because we are starting to value them less. Those themes make up our personality. Without them, we would all be the same.”

Artwork 3: Essay by Emily“My design represents freedom. It represents freedom because there is an American flag. In my galaxy there are music notes. The music notes represent music. In the picture there are dream bubbles which represent imagination. My picture is mainly space, which represents space. They are important because it shows someone dreaming about their future.”

Artwork 4: Essay by Emily“The main POD in my picture is emphasis. The green head really draws attention and makes it the focal point. My picture represents many of the topics and they are all important to our present culture, especially education, and imagination. My picture shows the future. The face has peace signs in his eyes because he sees a world of peace.”
