Title: Goining Bananas

Dream Theme: 100 Years of Agriculture

Materials and Techniques Used: Acrylic on unstretched canvas

What is your artwork about?  Bananas came to mind as a unique form of agriculture. The banana is underrated. You can do a lot with bananas, dry them, cover them with chocolate, and polish your shoes with the peels. Bananas have appeal.

100 Years of Agriculture; Past, Present and Future is supported by the Kansas Humanities Council, a non-profit cultural organization dedicated to promoting humanities programs across Kansas. Find out more at www.kansashumanities.org.
