Title: Imagine a World
Visionary Panel: Community
Materials and techniques used:
Cotton fabrics, fusible web, batting, thread and satin cord.
The (more than) 300 students, faculty, and staff of the McAuliffe Regional Charter School of Framingham, MA. (Each person signed a piece of fabric and placed it on the quilt.)
It is so easy when dealing with other people to think in terms of “us” versus “them”. What would the world be like if instead we always thought of all of us together? What could WE do together?

I have been thinking about this for a long time, and I am really glad to be able to finally call it finished. I wish I had more time with the school to involve them more, but I enjoyed the project.
