Title: The Hay
Theme: In honor of the 100th Anniversary of the Kansas State Fair
Materials and techniques used: cotton fabric, gauze pads, embroidery thread
I remember going to Oklahoma on I-35 South and riding in the backseat of the car with grandparents is the view of the hay. The hay is always rolled up so neat and tight. The horses and an old windmill with a tractor goes along with the picture.
I like to paint, so I used watercolor pencils for the sky and colored markers for the hay.
