Title: Kansas Agri Chicks
Theme: Made in honor of the 100th Anniversary of Kansas State Fair
The ‘Kansas Agri Chicks’ quilt came about when I purchased an apron with some chicks on it and some hand towels with embroidered chicks that I founds on sale while looking for things with corn and wheat.
I thought they were so cute and full of life and just fun. So here, they are all over the place and I hope everyone has a good smile when they see them.
Thank you to the Kansas Humanities Council.
This program is presented in conjunction with the exhibits, 100 Years of Agriculture; Past, Present, and Future, and supported by the Kansas Humanities Council, a non-profit cultural organization dedicated to promoting humanities programs across Kansas.
