Did you enjoy this project? Yes. The students were very excited that their artwork would travel through the United States and be seen by many people. They also enjoyed expressing their ideas on how to “Love the Earth”.
About: Out artwork is a collaborative piece that expresses our thoughts on “Loving the Earth”. We discussed that showing universal love can come in many ways such as caring for and protecting animals, being kind, generous, and helpful to other people, and taking care of the environment and its resources by conserving and recycling. We also discussed how our dreams are like rockets that can launch us into extraordinary places and create a hopeful future for all people. Each paper card is an individual representation of our classroom discussions and the dreams and thoughts of each 3rd grade student at our school.
