Title: Lips in Flight

Theme: Space

Materials and techniques: I used curtains as my fabric and regular craft paint. For some parts of my painting I used acrylic paints.

Did you enjoy this project? I really enjoyed working on this project because I got to try out new techniques and learned some strengths of mine.

About: My art teacher wanted our art to be about rockets, hence the Dream Rocket Project. However, she told us it could be an imaginative rocket. I wanted to incorporate one of my hobbies that mean something to me. Makeup is a type of art that gives me confidence and it is the perfect outlet for me to express myself. My favorite beauty product is lipstick and it the most prominent figure of makeup, so I incorporated it into a rocket.
