About: Our poster is of the evolution from Thomas Edison’s inventions to modern times. The first column shows the phonograph cylinder to the phonograph to the modern day studio. This is important because we like music to listen to for entertainment.

The next shows the evolution of cameras. The camera is important to me cause if we never had them then we would have never have been able to have pictures of events that record our memories or have movies to watch.

The last column is of the electrical car’s evolution. It started with the first electrical car Edison built to the electric cars today. The electric car is important to us because it does not pollute like regular cars.

About: “I have not failed I have just found 10,000 ways it won’t work”. These are the words of Thomas Edison. Without his success and hard work we would not have many of the things we have today.

One of his biggest inventions is the light bulb. It has helped us have iPads, computers, etc. Also, he has helped us invent lots of other things. Without his invention of the battery we would not have cars or TV’s or anything like that. As you can see Thomas Edison has helped invent many things we have today.

About: The inventions of Thomas Edison have influenced my life. Lightbulbs are used every day. There is a lightbulb in my phone and my phone is important to me. Also influenced by Edison is modern music made on instruments and machines that use electricity.

I listen to music all the time. He also came up with the idea of talking dolls. I had toys that talk or make noises when I was younger. He made my childhood better.

About: Thomas Edison helped with the light bulb which helps me morning through night. Edison also helped with the phone and I use my iPhone daily.

The movie camera has changed over the years and I use a camera to take selfies. Thomas Edison worked with Kodak Film and made it look like moving pictures and that turned into television and I watch TV for 30 minutes every night.
