Title: My Dream Park

Teacher: Mrs. Haigh

Theme: National Park

Materials and techniques: Canvas, acrylic paint, sponges and Sharpie markers.

Did you enjoy this project? Yes! The children love to paint. We used different techniques to make it interesting. The trees were painted with a paint brush. The leaves of the trees were colored with sponges. The animals were created with thumbprints. Finally, the animals were brought to life with a rainbow of Sharpie pens.

About: We created our dream national park. First, we created a beautiful forest. Then, we filled it with our favorite animals from the past, present and even our imagination. There are birds, bears, dinosaurs and unicorns in our National Park forests among others.
May the National Parks always be a haven for animals and the people who want to catch a glimpse of them.
