Title: Cows can fly

Materials and techniques: We used acrylic paints and an analogous color scheme mixing our own colors using primary colors and white.

Did you enjoy this project? This project was fun, we enjoyed working together and even came in during lunch recess to finish.

About: Our cows are flying a plane and show they can do anything. They are inspired by the Wright Brothers to believe.

Did you enjoy this project? This was a fun project, we worked well together and enjoyed seeing it improve as we painted.

About: We thought it would be fun if our cows were so inspired to fly that they set off in a spaceship or created a flying bike.

Materials and techniques: Acrylic paints were used in an analogous color scheme, mixing our own colors.

Did you enjoy this project? This project was fun because everyone had a chance to be involved and we collaborated nicely for the final product. We are excited to see the final installation and be part of a bigger project.

About: When the cows saw the Wright Brothers they wanted to fly too. Some grew wings, others attached balloons, still others jumped on the planes. How exciting to be part of that time and the cows represent our views of what we would want to do if we were there.

Did you enjoy this project? Our group had fun uniting the two themes in one representative work.

About: Paul Laurence Dunbar was a friend of the Wright Brother and probably wrote this poem while watching their dream. We combined the poem with the plane to show the artist supporting the inventors.
