Did you enjoy this project? Yes.

About: For this piece I wanted to focus, specifically, on the extreme environments in our solar system. The squares each represent a celestial body, ordered from closest to the sun to the farthest. Though most of these environments are unlikely to harbor or support life, I tried to make a guess as to what a native organism may look like there anyway. I chose nine specific planemos for the organisms. The first are the four terrestrial planets, Mercury, Venus, Earth (sporting a familiar species), and Mars, and since I couldn’t envision an organism on/in a gas giant, I chose a moon from each of those, with Europa (orbiting Jupiter), Titan (orbiting Saturn), Titania (Uranus), and Triton (Neptune). Lastly, partially to represent the millions of small icy bodies past Neptune in the Kuiper Belt, but mostly for sentimental value, I chose Pluto for the final square.
