Techniques & Materials Used: 
Recycled plastic shopping bags fused together by iron. 
Cookie cutters to get flower shapes, scissors to cut the shapes out, 
iron to iron on shapes and a good old Sharpie for the writing!
What is your group's Artwork about?
"Our Journey that we chose for our troop is the Flower Garden Journey. With that in mind, and the fact that we are Daisies, we thought a recycle/green theme with flowers would be perfect! We explained how plants are an important part of our lives and they need to be treated with love and respect! 
We had the girls collect colored and white plastic bags for the project. These plastic bags were ironed together to form small squares. The girls took cookie cutters shaped like flowers and traced them onto the colored squares and cut them out. 
All the shapes were then ironed onto the main panel of recycled plastic bags. We then made sure that the panel was 2X2 and then put the words on with a marker. The girls all signed the back!
