With the Kentucky Wilderness Road Council

Title – “Girls Dream of Peace”

Dream Theme – Peace

What is your groups artwork about? “We started thinking about dreaming – dreaming of the picture, the earth and peace between people. In our dream, we see flowers (particularly solar night flowers & night blooming cactus) & bears which bring happiness and peace to little girls and the moon which is smiling at the earth and a space ship which represents peace in the future.”

Participants: Katie, Breanna, Savanna, Megan, Rebecca & Emily. Leaders – Brenda & Kelly

Materials & Techniques Used: Unbleached Muslin for background, polished cotton, felt, cotton blend, flannel, hot glue, and glitter glue.

What other projects could the International Fiber Collaborative do? “A Skyscraper Building”

Tallahassee Museum Show in Tallahassee, Florida
